DELIVERY TERMS

Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days of it being received if paying by credit card.

If paying by cheque, it will be shipped to you after your cheque has been cleared to our bank account- generally 5 working days.

If paying by direct bank transfer your order will be sent out as soon as your funds have cleared our account - usually next working day.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

From time to time, some items in our store may be temporarily unavailable. If stock you have ordered is expected within 72 hours, your order will be held over and you will be notified by email or phone and told of this delay. If stock is not expected within this time your order will be sent as is and out of stock items will have to be reordered.

BACK ORDERS are NOT kept on file.


PLEASE REMEMBER WE WILL NOT be held responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged after they have left our shop/office if they are not registered/insured.    This includes damage in transit by Australia Post.

We can give you a quote for the additional charge to register your parcel for your own peace of mind!!
It is usually only about $3-4 to Register and Insure a parcel valued to around $200.00.

We are able to put in a claim for lost parcels but unless they are registered/insured then you will only be reimbursed to a maximum of $50.00 from Australia Post and this process can take some months to be completed through Australia Post.

FREE POSTAGE on all* orders over $50**

In order to receive the FREE POSTAGE your order total must be over $50 after all discounts are applied. ie. If your order is under the $50 Free Postage Limit then postage of $5-00 will be applied.

*Free Postage does not include International Orders - Postage will be charged at the actual cost - We highly recommend Insurance on International orders as well!!

*Free Postage offer excludes Albums, Paper Storers and cricut machines . These items will attract a handling fee of $2.00 per item.

*Purchases from the Bargain Bin do not add to the $50 Total for Free Postage Offer. Sorry but you are getting a bargain with these items already but if your clearance items total to over $50 we will send the order FREE POSTAGE!!

Policy On Returning Goods

Goods are returnable if the following criteria applies:
1. Notification is received of a proposed return within 48 hours of the original receipt of the goods with reasons.
2. The goods must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging.
3. We must approve the return.
4. The cost of return is borne by the client.
5. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
NOTE: Custom made goods and specially ordered goods are not returnable.

Rarely prices may change without prior notice or as a result of a typographical error but you would be informed of this prior to any dispatch..

Client Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of Orders prior to dispatch may be accepted by personal contact or by a Phone  call  received during our business hours which are Tuesday to Friday - 10am - 5pm CST and Saturday 9am to 12MD.   (No Messages will be accepted as a request for Cancellation since the caller cannot be personally identified)
